Branding your Connected Backup service

Cloud Direct's Connected Backup service protects your business data. The product is customisable, and may be co-branded to reflect your own company logos, colours and style.

Note:
Co-branding is a term used for a marketing partnership between at least two different brands of goods or services. The strategy typically associates the brands of at least two companies with a specific good or service.

This guide is intended for use by Resellers, and by customers, requiring to establish their own company branding on the product. It shows the actions required to set up co-branding, identifies what can be branded, and clearly indicates the images to be sent from the Reseller, or customer, to Cloud Direct in order to achieve co-branding.

Actions required by customer or Reseller

In order to co-brand the Connected Backup agent and web portal, Cloud Direct must be supplied with all required images, and also with a name for the product (if you want to have your own product name). Your branded agents and website details will be created, and then sent to you for approval before implementation.

Note
When the Connected Backup agent is co-branded there is no reference to Cloud Direct, or Backup Direct in the resulting product.  The service will appear as your own branded service.
