Bath Business Awards Finalist for Customer Services

We are very pleased to have made it as a finalist in the Customer Services category of the Bath Business Awards 2012. The award ceremony takes place later tonight (27th September) - where we will be joined by Bath's business leaders and the winners of the 10 separate categories will be announced.
At On Direct Business Services we take customer services incredibly seriously with our mantra being "to always go that extra mile with all our customers", so it is very flattering that not only our customers have noticed this but that we have been recognised in this category.
To ensure continual improvement at On Direct Business Services, we focus on improving customer loyalty. In order to measure this, we use a method called Net Promoter Survey (NPS), which reflects how well a company treats its customers and the likelihood they refer to friends and colleagues.
