So, how do you prepare for an Ironman. Cry, panic or runaway? Well Mark Funnell and Nathan Tyndale took on the Bristol Half Marathon.

To put it into context, most people train for a half marathon. The only way to combat the madness of an Ironman is to use a half marathon as a training run.
