Our Hosted Skype for Business service provides reliable, secure communications to keep your business productive and agile. All your business communications, including voice, video, messaging and conferencing, are routed through dedicated hardware in a UK data centre. So you can always access the best service available with the highest levels of security and encryption. With Hosted Skype for Business, you can protect your privacy and stay compliant with the latest regulations.
You can choose between two services:
Whether you need new numbers or you want to port in existing numbers, our Hosted Skype for Business services can support your business. We can also offer bespoke solutions, including hosted, on-premise or hybrid deployments, for more complex business requirements.
Built-in security, encryption, archiving and call recording help you meet regulatory requirements. All communication traffic is encrypted internally, server to server, client to server and client to client using both an internal Public Key Infrastructure and a Trusted Public Certificate Authority. These certificates use SHA-2 hashing algorithm with 2048-bit encryption, which is the strongest available.
Choose from two Skype for Business licenses. Business standard includes all core Skype for Business functionality: instant messaging, presence and file transfer, plus audio and HD video calling to other business users with recording capabilities and meetings for up to 100 attendees. Enterprise level adds group audio and HD video calling, meetings for up to 250 attendees (with recording) and additional audio and web conferencing tools to share desktops, applications and whiteboards.
We offer three availability options with target up times ranging from 99.5% to 99.95%, routed via one or more servers in up to two UK data centres. So you can select the resilience level you need to keep your business running.
Our Hosted Skype for Business comes with a complete managed service. We’ll take care of getting your system up and running, including specification, project planning, testing and migration, and provide ongoing support and reporting to manage issues, changes or service availability.
