Microsoft Staffhub

Microsoft Staffhub

Microsoft StaffHub helps employees who don’t have their own desk or computer to manage their work day and stay in touch. It’s ideal for frontline workers in retail, hospitality, manufacturing and other service industries who often have to rely on manual processes to access information. Staffhub gives managers and employees a way of managing their time, sharing content and communicating with each other though one simple app.

Employees can access their work schedules to check their shifts, request changes or time off, access company information and message their manager or co-workers from their mobile device. Managers can easily create schedules, update them, manage requests and share company content. When schedule conflicts come up, StaffHub makes it easy to swap shifts or offer a shift to someone else. Requests are always routed to the manager for approval, and updates and notifications are automatically sent to the team.
