Start from scratch in Storyline or sketch out a plan of your story in Word and import it. Sway will populate sections according to the outline text. If you already have a PowerPoint presentation or PDF you want to turn into a Sway, you can just import them too.
Add images, video, charts and graphs from Excel, maps, tweets and other web content. Drag and drop content from sources such as OneDrive for Business, YouTube and Bing without leaving the app. Add text, headings, captions, web links or bulleted lists and Sway’s design engine will bring it all together.
If the design isn’t right for you, use ‘Remix’ to try others or customise it. Choose between vertical and horizontal layouts – whichever you choose Sway will make sure it looks good, even on a laptop, mobile or tablet screen. Use Preview mode to check you’re happy with the final look.
