IPC’s challenge

To help reduce property overheads, IPC had already established a work-from-home strategy. To support this, they needed a more flexible phone system that allowed employees to make and receive work calls from home – as they would if they were in the office.

The solution

To support anywhere access to documents and people, IPC gave 150 employees subscriptions to Microsoft Office 365 voice capabilities.

It also upgraded to the premium version of Skype for Business Online (in Office 365) for enhanced telephony capabilities.
