We’re a little proud of our support. In fact, more than that: it’s a big deal for us.
Every IT partner and cloud provider will tell you that support is their USP. But we can show you that it’s ours.
Presently, we have a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85 percent. That’s higher than any other company we know. And we’ve worked hard to achieve that score.
By using the NPS measure, we can determine whether our customers would recommend us. But more importantly, we can find out who wouldn’t and why. Then, we improve accordingly.
Perfection is unattainable but you can bet we’re going to keep aiming for it.
