Accessing and navigating the LiveVault portal

The Backup Direct Server Vaulting Service, also known as LiveVault, is a managed service solution that provides online backup, recovery, and electronic vaulting for your servers running selected versions of Windows Server and Linux. The Backup Direct Server Vaulting Service Portal is also known as the LiveVault Portal or Web UI. You can log into the LiveVault Portal if your company is subscribed to Server Vaulting and you have been added as a user for the company account. To log in to the LiveVault Portal you need a LiveVault Portal password. You received your LiveVault Portal password at your email address when you were added as a user for your company account.

Note:
If your company has subscribed to Server Vaulting but you have not received a password, ask your administrator or the person who requested the subscription to create a user account for you. If your company has not subscribed to Server Vaulting, contact Cloud Direct for subscription information.
